Breaking bread is at the heart of many spiritual traditions with good reason - The breaking of our own Rosace bread is even better and will come with three different fillings, Emmental and herbs, salmon and spinach and a lovely vegetable version - all served warm and most importantly, easy to share.

Our Rosace bread which is puff pastry with twisted edges and a tasty filling between two layers first came to us in Paris when as friends we decided to test some different recipes for a party we were having.  Six years later we are now preparing to make it daily in the Cheers Apero and serve it with a range of high quality locally sourced Mediterranean products.

Cheers Apero brings people together, to sit, to eat, to converse, to laugh, to reminisce, to discuss and to break bread.
